By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Access & Payment

  • One-Time Payment: The Service requires a one-time payment for one month of access to the selected package and tools.

  • No Renewals: Your access will automatically expire after one month. There are no automatic renewals.

  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe and/or Wix Payments.

  • Cancellations / Refunds: We provide a no-questions-asked full money-back guarantee (refund) for the "Spark" package at any time.

3. Fair use Policy

  • Single Product/Service: Each purchase of the "Spark" and/or "Game changer" permits the creation of briefs and ideas for a single product or service.

  • Agency Use: Agencies or individuals seeking to use the Service for multiple clients/brands should purchase the "Agency accelerator" package

  • Monitoring & Enforcement: We reserve the right to monitor usage and enforce our Fair Use Policy. Accounts found in violation may be subject to suspension or termination.

​4. Intellectual Property

  • Platform Ownership: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MetaMuse and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • User Content Ownership: Any content produced by you using the Service, including marketing briefs, creative briefs, and ideas, is owned by you.

 

5. Disclaimer

No Guarantees: We strive to provide accurate and helpful information, but we do not guarantee the success of any marketing campaigns or business outcomes.

 

6. Limitation of Liability
MetaMuse will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
 

7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
